1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content available on the Wishipic website, including but not limited to:

Logos
Brand names
Product designs
Product mockups
Graphics
Images
Illustrations
Icons
Website layouts
Text content
Videos
Marketing materials
Source code and software components

are the exclusive property of Wishipic and/or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No part of the website or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, displayed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Wishipic.

2. Trademark Rights

"Wishipic," its logo, brand elements, slogans, and associated visual identities are proprietary trademarks and branding assets.

Unauthorized use of these marks may violate trademark laws and may result in legal action.

3. Product Designs and Artwork

All original designs created by Wishipic, including customized templates, product layouts, artwork compositions, and visual concepts, remain the intellectual property of Wishipic unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Customers may not:

Reproduce our designs for resale.
Create derivative works based on our original designs.
Use our product images or mockups for commercial purposes.
Republish our artwork without authorization.

4. User-Submitted Content

Customers may upload photographs, logos, text, artwork, or other materials for personalization purposes.

By submitting such content, the customer represents and warrants that:

They own the content or possess all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights.
The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party.
The content does not violate any applicable law.

The customer assumes full legal responsibility for any uploaded content.

5. License Granted to Wishipic

By submitting content for personalization, the customer grants Wishipic a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Process the content.
Modify the content as required for printing or production.
Reproduce the content solely for fulfilling the customer's order.
Store the content for order processing, quality control, customer support, and re-order purposes.

This license terminates upon completion of the order, except where retention is reasonably required for legal, operational, or customer service purposes.

6. Copyright Infringement Policy

Wishipic respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects customers to do the same.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse any order that appears to infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Request proof of ownership or authorization.
Remove infringing content.
Cancel orders suspected of violating intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Brands, Characters, and Logos

Customers must not upload or request printing of copyrighted or trademarked content without proper authorization, including but not limited to:

Company logos
Brand trademarks
Movie characters
TV show characters
Sports team logos
Celebrity images
Artwork owned by third parties

Wishipic reserves the right to reject any order that may expose the company to intellectual property liability.

8. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

If you believe that any content, design, image, or material available through Wishipic infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with:

Your name and contact information
Description of the copyrighted work
Description of the allegedly infringing material
Evidence of ownership
A statement made in good faith regarding the alleged infringement

We will investigate and take appropriate action where necessary.

9. Reservation of Rights

Wishipic reserves all rights not expressly granted under this notice.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, recovery of legal costs, and other remedies available under applicable law.
