Welcome to Wishipic. We are committed to delivering your personalized gifts safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Since many of our products are customized or made-to-order, order processing may take:

  • Standard Customized Orders: 1–3 business days

  • Bulk or Corporate Orders: 3–7 business days

  • Non-Customized Products: 1–2 business days

Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Partners

We primarily ship orders through:

  • Blue Dart Air Express

  • Blue Dart Surface Express

The shipping method is selected based on product size, weight, destination, and service availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Blue Dart Air

Estimated delivery:

  • Metro Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 2–5 business days

Blue Dart Surface

Estimated delivery:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–8 business days

Please note that these timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery commitments.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected products or order values

  • Promotional shipping offers during special campaigns

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipment confirmation email/SMS

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner details

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name

  • Mobile number

  • Shipping address

  • PIN code

Wishipic shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote area servicing limitations

Such delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

9. Customized and Personalized Products

Personalized products are manufactured specifically for each customer.

Therefore:

  • Production begins once the order is confirmed.

  • Orders cannot be modified after production has started.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on customization requirements.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Share your order number and supporting images.

For shipments marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 72 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

11. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across most locations within India served by Blue Dart.

Certain remote locations may require additional delivery time or may not be serviceable.

12. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India unless otherwise specified on our website.
